CHICAGO: Resolute Consulting hired Robert Biederman as EVP.

Previously the director of strategic communications for Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan, Biederman will manage corporate citizenship, sustainability issues, and public affairs for clients, including serving as deputy VP of public affairs for AT&T's northern US region.
