Dessa provides Resolute clients with research, organizational, and graphic design support. She also assists in business development and a variety of special projects.

In addition to her work with Resolute, Dessa is statewide administrator of Central Strategies, Resolute's sister company. She handles database administration, technical support, voter targeting and data procurement.

Dessa is a graduate of Roanoke College, where she received a bachelor's degree in business administration and history.
