CHICAGO - Aug. 10, 2009 – The board of directors of Landmarks Illinois, the state’s leading voice for historic preservation, has elected Resolute Consulting’s Anne-Marie St. Germaine to join its ranks in the mission of education and promotion of architecturally and historically significant sites, structures and districts throughout cities, towns and rural areas of Illinois.

St. Germaine joins the board with 25 years of experience in public affairs, public policy and legislative advocacy in the areas of land use, economic and community development, and the environment.

“Anne-Marie is highly regarded across the spectrum of stakeholders important to Landmarks Illinois,” said Rolf Achilles, board member and immediate past chair.  “She brings insight and a fresh perspective to the mission of the organization.”
