CHICAGO - Jun. 2, 2008 - Cara Birch has joined Resolute Consulting, LLC in the new position of Director of Communications. Resolute Consulting is an independent, growing public affairs and strategic communications firm based in Chicago with offices in Washington, D.C., working in twelve states throughout the Midwest.

Prior to joining Resolute Consulting, Cara was a senior account executive at Fleishman-Hillard in the agency’s Chicago office, where she advised Fortune 100, non-profit, and municipal clients on strategic positioning, issues management and marketing communications.

Cara has previously worked as an editor and writer for film and theatre and currently serves on the board of the Asian American Action Fund of Greater Chicago.
