Lisa Fernandez

Vice President

Lisa is an experienced political professional who has earned her reputation for excellence through nearly a decade of political campaigning, fundraising and strategic communications, in Arizona and across the country.

With Lisa’s addition in Arizona, Resolute is continuing its investment and expansion in the Sun Valley area, where the firm believes it can apply its signature, strategic approach to a growing list of diverse clients that reflect a booming and evolving region. In Arizona, Resolute has built a strong portfolio of clients, including Google, which the firm is helping in its efforts to expand fiber coverage to the Phoenix metropolitan area.

A fifth generation Arizonan, Lisa has dedicated her career to Arizona politics and government, in the state and for its representatives in Washington, D.C. She most recently served as Chief Development Officer of Educare Arizona, a non-profit that seeks to improve access to quality early childhood education in the state to all children regardless of income.

In previous roles, she ran Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton’s 2015 re-election effort, served as campaign manager to Phoenix City Councilwoman Kate Gallego’s in 2013 and a senior advisor to Congressman Ruben Gallego’s campaign in 2014.

Lisa also worked for U.S. Representative Raul Grijalva in Washington, D.C. before taking a fundraising role in Arizona on his 2010 re-election campaign. Lisa worked as the Finance Director for both the Maricopa County Democratic Party and the Arizona Democratic Party, overseeing all fundraising operations and outreach. In the final months of the 2012 election, Lisa joined the campaign of Cheri Bustos in Illinois and as her finance director, helped her unseat an incumbent Republican in one of the nation’s most competitive House races.
