Leveraging the resources and relationships of owner-operators to impact public policy

Resolute was retained by McDonald’s to design and implement a stakeholder outreach campaign for more than 100 owner-operators in northeastern Illinois. The campaign supports franchise owner-operators as they work to engage local community stakeholders, elected officials, business organizations and the news media.


Resolute is conducting an audit specific to each individual owner-operator and the communities in which they do business and developing tailored programs of activities for coalition building and action. Building and maintaining relationships will enable owner-operators to establish networks that can be called upon to support objectives and education efforts on public policy issues.
