CHICAGO - Resolute Consulting is pleased to announce expanded roles for the following members of its senior leadership team: Anne-Marie St. Germaine, to Managing Director from Chief Creative Officer; John McGovern, to Executive Vice President from Vice President; and, Jim Soreng, to Vice President from Senior Account Executive.

Anne-Marie has been with Resolute since 2006 and has more than 25 years of regional, national and international experience in public affairs, communications, and legislative advocacy.  In leading Resolute’s public-private partnership (PPP) and infrastructure practice, Anne-Marie guides project team development and positioning strategies and fosters strategic relationships between and among potential deal partners.  With particular experience in the aviation-, rail-, and mass transit sectors, she develops and implements a variety of communications and public engagement campaigns for a range of industries.

A lawyer by training, John joined Resolute in 2007 to lead Resolute’s corporate, financial and legal communications practice, helping clients design and implement strategies in a number of areas including crisis management and brand protection, complex litigation and bankruptcy cases, and mergers and acquisitions, including those which involve regulatory and approval processes at the state and federal levels.

Jim, also with Resolute since 2007, brings experience in creating and implementing public outreach programs at the state and national levels, specializing in issue advocacy campaigns.  Jim works with and leads state, regional and national coalitions, promoting issues as diverse as aerospace, energy, healthcare, transportation, public safety and finance.  He also helps develop and implement communications and outreach plans for clients in the private, non-profit and public sectors.
