CHICAGO: Resolute Consulting opened an office in Columbus, OH, and hired Michael Culp as VP in the new office.

Culp, a former chief of staff for Ohio Treasurer Kevin Boyce, reports to David Smolensky, COO of the Chicago-based public affairs shop. He started in August.
