Amy provides Resolute with administrative and organizational support. With a background in program management, she contributes to a number of special projects that help Resolute better serve its clients.

 

Prior to joining Resolute, Amy worked at Roberto Clemente Community Academy as an administrative assistant to the Culture of Calm Coordinator, where she helped manage and analyze programs that increased student attendance and decreased behavioral infractions. She is a member of the Illinois Adoption Advisory Council and has also shared her experiences being an adoptee at various training sessions for foster parents throughout the state.

 

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology with a minor in sociology from University of Illinois at Chicago. As a student, Amy worked as secretary of the Illinois Statewide Youth Advisory Board and was also president of her region.
