Anne-Marie has more than 25 years of regional, national and international experience in public affairs, communications, and legislative advocacy. She provides strategic counsel, as well as high-level communications and media strategy direction, to corporate c-suite executives and leaders in the public- and not-for-profit sectors.
In leading Resolute’s public-private partnership (PPP) and infrastructure practice, Anne-Marie guides project team development and positioning strategies and fosters strategic relationships between and among potential deal partners. With particular experience in the aviation-, rail-, and mass transit sectors, she develops and implements a variety of communications and public engagement campaigns for a range of industries.
Prior to joining Resolute, Anne-Marie was vice president of external affairs at the Chicago Botanic Garden, one of the nation's premier museums and centers for conservation, education, and science. During this time, she led the successful campaign to secure $100 million in bond funds in infrastructure improvements for the Garden and sister agencies.
Anne-Marie studied urban planning and policy at the graduate level at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with additional concentrations in filmmaking, political science and economics.
Anne-Marie has served on the boards of many not-for-profit organizations and institutions in the areas of planning and land use, health care, the environment, economic and community development, and education and job training. She serves on the Board of Governors for City Club of Chicago, is a Trustee for Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, and is active in the Union League Club of Chicago.
