Dave brings diverse communications experience in the corporate, non-profit and public sectors to client work.  He is skilled in public and media relations, public involvement community outreach, crisis management and event production.

As COO, Dave runs the day-to-day operations of Resolute, managing Resolute’s team of over 30 communications professionals and is intimately involved in all client activities.  He also oversees the firm’s creative unit, leads Resolute’s social media and web-based campaigns and provides crisis management counsel.  

Before joining Resolute Consulting, Dave was an award-winning member of the management team at Kemper Insurance and the National Association of Independent Insurers, a trade association (renamed in 2004 as Property Casualty Insurers Association of America).  In both capacities Dave was responsible for all internal and external communications activities. His line responsibilities included media relations, employee relations, public affairs, lobbying, grassroots outreach and crisis management. 

Dave serves on the board of directors of the Publicity Club of Chicago, is a member of the Insurance Public Relations Council, and is active in his community in the northern suburbs of Chicago, where he lives with his family.
