Dennis is a social media specialist, directing social media strategies and campaigns for Resolute clients. He is experienced in running social media campaigns using a variety of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Foursquare and other social networks.
As Resolute’s Director in New Media, Dennis manages social media campaigns for clients in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. He also regularly performs social media presentations and webinars to educate clients about social networks and social media best practices.
Dennis’ diverse background helps him understand the interaction between the journalism and public relations industries. Prior to joining Resolute, Dennis worked as a social media account manager at a publicity firm specializing in public relations programs for franchise clients. During his tenure he developed and executed social media campaigns for several franchise clients and secured high-level earned media placements in print, broadcast and online outlets. Dennis previously worked as a sports intern and photographer/editor at the NBC affiliate in Champaign, Illinois.
Dennis graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. He also has a master’s degree in public relations from Ball State University.
