Dessa Gypalo

Account Executive

Dessa is a data management expert with experience analyzing information in order to advance client public engagement and outreach goals.

She currently leads data management efforts for Resolute clients in a variety of sectors, helping develop and execute local and statewide outreach plans.  Dessa works with clients on various direct stakeholder contact campaigns.

In addition to her work with Resolute, Dessa is the Voter File Manager of Central Strategies, Resolute's sister company. She handles database administration, technical support, voter targeting and data procurement.

Dessa is a graduate of Roanoke College, where she received a bachelor's degree in business administration and history.
