Eileen Boyce

Eileen Boyce is experienced in corporate and crisis communications, with a focus on strategic planning and media relations.  She provides Resolute’s clients with counsel on strategic communications, media relations, public outreach and issue advocacy.

Eileen helps develop and implement strategic plans to shape corporate branding, imaging and positioning activities in various industries such as energy and infrastructure.  She helps private sector and non-profit clients enter new markets and manage crises, in addition to leading proactive and reactive media campaigns, corporate rollouts and new product offerings, internal employee communications, corporate restructuring, and merger and acquisition planning.  Eileen is also involved in Resolute’s crisis and litigations practice.

Prior to joining Resolute, Eileen was a senior associate at a Chicago-based corporate communications firm.  Her accomplishments include extensive experience managing corporate communications initiatives, including leading the first-ever NYSE listing for a Brazilian homebuilder.  Eileen has also focused on corporate social responsibility and sustainable development projects, including advising companies on their sustainability reporting, stakeholder mapping and vulnerabilities/opportunities audits.

Eileen began her career in Chicago as a journalist, serving as a news intern at WGN Radio and later as lead community reporter and editorial assistant for Chicago’s Northwest Side Press, located in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. 

Eileen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. She is a project leader and active volunteer with Chicago Cares.
