With communications experience in both the public and private sectors, Zack provides research and management support for Resolute.

He assists with overall client management and service, working closely with the executive team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm.  He began at Resolute as an intern, conducting research for Resolute clients and helping develop and implement social media campaigns.

Prior to joining Resolute, Zack interned at the Ohio Benefit Bank in the Office of Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, serving as a liaison between community organizations and the Bank.  He also interned with the National Association of REALTORS, working with the organization’s political action committee (PAC) to conduct research and develop plans for interaction with members of the U.S. Congress. 

As an undergraduate student Zack spoke and presented at several leadership events including the Central Ohio High School Leadership Academy, the National Collegiate Leadership Conference and The Ohio State University’s Annual Conference on Civic Engagement.

Zack graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University.  While at Ohio State he was an active member and leader of the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity and the Inter-Fraternity Council.  He won numerous involvement and service awards.
